Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant should own or have valid rights in an acceptable property.
  • Property must have a clear title, subject to legal review.
  • Property should be located in serviceable Pan-India city locations.
  • Thorough income/business profile review will be conducted.
  • Co-applicant or guarantor may be required depending on profile.
  • 2 guarantors are compulsory where applicable.
  • Independent property valuation is strictly required.

Required Document Checklist

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Valid Address Proof (Utility bill, Passport, Voter ID)
  • Passport-size photographs

  • Recent Bank statements (usually last 6-12 months)
  • ITR / Income proof for last 2-3 years
  • Business financials (P&L, Balance Sheet) if self-employed or business owner
  • Details of existing loans and repayment tracks, if any

  • Title documents establishing ownership
  • Previous Sale deed / Chain agreements
  • Latest Property tax receipt
  • Approved building plan, if applicable
  • Valuation-related documents
  • Encumbrance certificate or legal documents, if required

  • GST registration certificate
  • Company PAN Card
  • Partnership deed / Certificate of Incorporation / MOA / AOA
  • Business address proof
